5 healthy ice creams you can make for seconds just using your blender
Coconut and banana flavour:
1/2 cup canned coconut milk, 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 frozen bananas
1 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, 2½ cups frozen mango
1 can full fat coconut milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups raw cashews soaked overnight, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, Pinch sea salt, 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
Vanilla and honey flavour
2 cup plain greek yogurt, 2 tbsp vanilla, 2 tbsp honey, 100 g vanilla bisquits - chopped
