Soft cakes with white chocolate:
400 g white chocolate, 6 eggs, 300 ml double cream, 100 g caster sugar
Whip the egg yolk with 50 g sugar until pale. Add the melted chocolate.
Whip egg whites with the rest of the sugar until soft peaks. In another bowl whip cream.
Mix everything gently stirring with spatula.
Pour the mixture into desired molds. Bake 30-35 min in preheated oven to 180C (350F).
