Tasty coconut biscuits in only 20 minutes
100 g caster sugar, 50 g coconut, 125 g self raising flour (1 cup), 100 g butter, 1 large egg yolk, beaten
- Preheat oven to 180-200 C (350F).
- Mix stiffed flour, sugar and coconut in a big bowl.
- Add melted butter and egg yolk and mix The dough should be firm.
- Roll teaspoonsfull of mixture into balls, place on greased baking tray and flatten with fork. Leave space between biscuits and bake 10-15 mins or until brown.
