Therefore we provide you with the chance to return or exchange the purchased products in case they do not fully meet your expectations.
Bear in mind that you can take advantage of this service only within 30 days from the date of purchase - directly from BakeryWorldStyle. To do so, please contact us at email@example.com, specifying your order number and the exact reason for returning/exchanging. Once your request is received, our customer service representative will provide you with additional instructions to complete the process.
You will be refunded of the price of your purchase. Unfortunately, original shipping charges and return delivery charges will not be refunded.
It is important for you to know that any product, purchased at bakeryworlds.com can be refunded or exchanged within the specified period of time.
In conclusion we would like to inform you that the process of the returns and exchanges usually takes 10 to 20 business days from the time of arrival of the product at our warehouse.
REFUND POLICY - FEES
It is out policy not to accept any products damaged through customer abuse or improper handling. In this case we can charge up to 50 % of the products price.
Returns without а valid tracking number are also not refundable. We are sure you understand our motive – in such case there will be no proof that the item is shipped to our warehouse.
In case the customer paid for shipping (Expedited or Registered Air Mail) the original shipping cost will not be refunded, except the cases when the received item is damaged. If this happens with your order, we apologize and appreciate your understanding and assistance in correcting these events.
